I am Merran Strasser an experienced event organiser and a Celebrant in the Hills district. I am happy to travel anywhere in Sydney and beyond, to your ceremony be it at the beach, mountains or the wine districts.  I will create a ceremony for your Wedding Day that will respect your beliefs and reflect who you are. I also create Naming Ceremonies, Family Unity Ceremonies and Funeral Services. 

If you want a formal Wedding for many guests or an informal gathering of close friends and family, I can show you ways to make it your Special Day. I'm experienced in helping you write your own vows, the promises you are making to each other. You can choose from a selection of styles or mix and match to make them your own.You will find me professional but relaxed and easy to get along with.

Your guests will want to hear your special promises too and I have that covered with a portable PA. If you want your Wedding in the beautiful outdoors I can make a special setting for you. Discuss your ideas with me or I can show you a variety of possibilities.

As my business name suggests a Special service can be the Hand fasting with beautiful ribbons showing your unity and ongoing intertwined life.This theme of life and sustaining one another can be used in Naming Ceremonies and Funeral Services as we acknowledge life for the future or past. Of course you may want one of the other symbols of Rose, Candle or many others I have for you to choose from. It is your Wedding and you want it to reflect your style and interests, any thing I suggest is ONLY that, a suggestion, except of course the monetum, the words I am legally required to say.

You won't have to worry about the legal requirements as I will guide you through the paper work and submit them on your behalf. I have completed the Certificate IV in Marriage and Small Business so I am up to date with the Government requirements.
